Unsere Richtlinien
Setting new standards means holding ourselves accountable. These policies are more than fine print—they are living commitments that guide how we work every day. They connect our creative practice with our responsibility to people and planet. By publishing them openly, we invite transparency, dialogue, and co-creation. Because the future we want is not built by perfection, but by setting clear intentions and improving together.
Responsible AI
AI supports our creative and strategic work, but people remain in charge. We see artificial intelligence as a tool to amplify creativity, accelerate research, and support systemic change. But like every tool, it carries risks. Our responsibility is to use AI with care, transparency, and accountability — always serving people, planet, and purpose over efficiency alone.
- Human First. AI assists, but never replaces, the human creativity, ethics, and empathy that define our work. Strategic decisions, creative direction, and final outputs remain in human hands.
- Bias Checks. We recognize that AI models replicate biases present in their training data. Every AI-assisted output is reviewed critically to avoid harmful stereotypes, misinformation, or greenwashing.
- Client Confidentiality. In line with our B Corp commitments and data protection practices, we do not share sensitive client or partner information with AI tools unless secured and contractually agreed.
- Transparency. Just as we openly publish our Client Disclosure Report, we disclose whenever AI has been part of our creative or analytical process.
- Privacy Protection. We adhere to GDPR and maintain strict control over personal or confidential data when engaging with AI platforms.
- Continuous Learning. AI is evolving rapidly. We commit to regularly updating our practices to reflect the latest ethical standards, planetary considerations, and sector guidelines.
AI has the potential to accelerate circularity by simulating systems, generating insights, and making sustainability more accessible. But it also risks replicating extractive, linear logics. With this policy, we commit to using AI responsibly — as an ally in setting new standards, not a shortcut to business as usual.
Circular Sourcing
We believe sourcing is a powerful lever for change. Every euro spent is a vote for a system — linear or circular. Our sourcing policy ensures that the choices we make reflect the values we promote in our projects: sufficiency, circularity, and regeneration.
- Prioritize Circular. We give preference to reused, recycled, or upcycled materials in our operations — from office supplies to event production. This aligns with the material footprint goals in our Impact Report.
- Local First. To minimize emissions and support regional economies, we prioritize suppliers in Berlin and the DACH region.
- Design for Afterlife. We avoid single-use items and select products that are durable, repairable, or reusable.
- Ethical Partnerships. We collaborate with suppliers who meet fair labor standards and share our values of transparency and sustainability. Preference is given to fellow B Corps, social enterprises, and local innovators.
- Pro Bono & Impact Alignment. As stated in our Impact Report, part of our resources are used for pro bono and low-bono projects. Our sourcing reflects this ethos by directing funds towards partners who deliver social and ecological value.
Circular sourcing is not about perfection — it’s about progress. By making conscious choices, we reduce waste, extend material lifecycles, and support the ecosystems we are part of. This is how we turn values into daily practice.
Transparency
Transparency is not an add-on for us — it is a foundation. We believe the way we work must be as clear and open as the change we want to see. This means sharing not just our successes, but also our struggles, limits, and learnings.
- Annual Accountability. Each year, we disclose our sourcing practices and improvements in the Impact Report, alongside our Client Disclosure Report.
- Clear Communication. We explain our processes, methods, and costs in accessible language. We reject jargon that hides meaning or dilutes responsibility.
- Open Impact. Through our Impact Report, we share both wins and challenges — including the balance between commercial work and the pro bono projects that it enables.
- Fair Credit. We acknowledge all contributors, partners, and collaborators in our work. Recognition is part of transparency.
- Feedback Culture. Transparency is two-way. We invite critique, questions, and dialogue from clients, partners, and peers.
- Accessible Knowledge. Complex sustainability insights are translated into tools, playbooks, and frameworks that anyone can use. This is how we democratize expertise.
We are convinced that change requires openness. Transparency helps us build trust, challenge ourselves, and stay accountable. By showing the real picture — not just the polished version — we enable collective progress and invite others to set new standards with us.
