4-Day Workweek
We work up to 32 hours from Monday–Tuesday and Thursday–Friday. More focus, more balance.
Learning & Growth
Every team member gets €1,000 per year for training plus 1.5 weeks of paid educational leave. We also run Learning Circles for peer-to-peer skillsharing.
Time Off
20 vacation days plus two weeks company-wide break over Christmas & New Year—so everyone truly switches off.
