Trash Galore

The Leipzig-based startup rescues materials from trade fairs and events, giving them a second life with social organizations. By 2024, the initiative needed to grow beyond its grassroots scene and position itself as a professional partner for companies and corporates. Together, we developed a new brand identity, website, and communication strategy that made Trash Galore’s mission credible and scalable. The result: partnerships with corporates like Vodafone, an expanded network of collaborators, and recognition as a serious actor in the circular economy.

The core idea behind Trash Galore’s business model is strong: saving high-quality materials from waste streams and redirecting them for social use. But the brand’s look and feel spoke mostly to a small activist niche. To reach the next stage of growth and attract larger partners, Trash Galore needed a strategic repositioning and a professional identity—without losing sight of its impact mission.

We created a new brand identity that highlighted both impact and professionalism. A fresh logo, messaging framework, and website repositioned Trash Galore as a credible, accessible partner in the circular economy. The communication strategy emphasized clarity and scalability, while still staying true to the collective’s grassroots spirit. From brand design to digital templates, every element was built to help Trash Galore connect with wider audiences—from NGOs to corporates.
