A growing number of millenials and GenZ are looking for environmentally conscious employers. They want to work for a company that values sustainability and acts in a climate-friendly and socially responsible way. HR/recruiting departments are therefore more important than ever. They are the first point of contact between talent and companies. For employer branding, it’s become crucial to communicate sustainability to attract young talent.
The Berlin-based company Young Targets is a pioneer in recrutainment and has been offering customized formats for recruiting since 2007. The newly launched B2B initiative is their first step toward transforming the company by focusing on green recruiting.
The Green Recruiting Initiative supports HR managers in their search for real changemakers. For this purpose, we developed branding that ensures recognition and visual impact across all communication channels and outlets – whether workshops, certification, or awards.
Green Recruiting is only just being launched, but it is already an interface between changemakers, HR managers, and sustainability experts. We are pleased to accompany the initiative on this path and to provide communication support for projects such as the Green Recruiting Award and their sustainable certification.
The initiative will soon be used for Young Targets' own recruiting events, which will be organized and realized in a sustainable manner.
