A design challenge – i.e., an innovation task formulated as a question – is the starting point for the DTN process. With the help of this workshop method based on design thinking, we initiate sustainability innovations by your employees. This way, we don’t lose sight of the sustainability aspect in product and service or workplace innovations. The ideas developed are carefully documented and tested as a prototype.

Together with decision makers from your organization or your product team, we will start at different points in your value chain to anchor circular thinking in your business model.
